Inspection Bookings

On-Site Inspections Terms & Conditions:

The time listed in the booking confirmation email is an estimated arrival time and is to be used as a guide only. You will receive a calendar invite confirming your request has been received and booked.

Our inspections are conducted Monday - Friday from 8:00am – 5:30pm as follows:

• Morning (8:00am – 12:30pm)
• Afternoon (12.30pm – 5:30pm)
• Anytime (8:00am– 5:30pm)

Please provide a minimum of 24 hour’s notice for site inspection bookings.*

• Changes to your site inspection booking* (ensuring to reference your initial email request of TMK booking confirmation email)
• Arrange a weekend or public holiday site inspection booking*
• Arrange a time to meet our Engineer on-site*

*Site inspection may incur additional charges.
