We are currently looking for a Human Resource Manager.
We have an opportunity for an experienced and strategic HR professional. You will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.
This is a fast-paced position inside a growing business reporting to the HR Portfolio Director. The key objective of the position of Human Resources Manager is to help manage people across a wide range of areas to ensure the wellbeing of all employees and foster effective workplace relations.
Attributes we are looking for:-
- Bachelor of Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist or minimum 1 years’ experience in a HR Manager role
- Sound knowledge and understanding of workplace legislative and WHS requirements and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS (i.e. ELMO) is desirable
