Trevor is one of the 1985 founding partners of TMK Consulting Engineers. With over 37 years in Geotechnical, civil and structural engineering, he oversees the Volume Housing, Geotechnical, Construction Assist, Forensic and Environmental areas of the business. Trevor is responsible for client liaison, formulation of practice policy and overseeing each phase of project delivery, as well as for the design, documentation and supervision of the structural and civil construction components of commercial, industrial and residential developments.

He is a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers Australia, a Registered Building Practitioner in the Northern Territory in the category of 'Certifying Structural Engineer (Cyclonic)' and is a pioneer of the tilt-up construction method in South Australia and founding member of the Tilt-Up Construction Association of South Australia. He holds memberships and registration with several industry institutions and associations, and sits on several technical and community committees and boards.

Born in Greece, Trevor also sits on the Board of the Greek Orthodox Community in South Australia. A passionate tennis supporter, one of his favourite hobbies is following the tennis results, which just so happens to also be his biggest curse.

Michael is one of the 1985 founding partners and Directors of TMK Consulting Engineer. Michael is a Civil and Structural Engineer and is registered with various industry Institutions and Associations throughout South Australia, Victoria and Queensland. In his role as Director, Michael looks after the Urban Development, Civil and Structural teams and plays a key role in the formulation of design policies, procedures, standards and processes at TMK. He has proven abilities in the areas of design, management and construction administration for residential and commercial projects.

Michael is responsible for Client liaison and relationship building and is the lead for the business in delivering innovation initiatives through sound project management principles. He is also responsible for ensuring that the implementation of systemic processes occurs throughout the business. Michael is proud of the culture and diversity within the TMK offices and the introduction of the Associate Directors in 2020.

Michael is known around the office for his dry wit, love of soccer and passion for classic cars (mainly Ferraris). Putting his passion to good use, he even has his own podcast, ‘Mick and Ori’s Classic Cars’ – available on all good streaming services.

Luigi (Lui) joined TMK in 1991 to commence building services (mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulics) in the firm and now heads these disciplines. Lui is a corporate member of the Institute of Engineers Australia; a Registered Building Practitioner (NT), as a mechanical and fire engineer; and a Registered Building Practitioner, Victoria (mechanical, fire and electrical engineer).

Originally a Mechanical Engineer, he has since developed a strong understanding in a number of disciplines with a focus on industrial engineering. He is responsible for design, documentation, construction surveillance and contract administration on a variety of successful projects, from high-rise buildings to materials handling systems and plant design.

Lui has a hands-on active management style and focuses on client needs and assisting team members to achieve their aspirations in engineering. His time is predominantly spent on business development, technical direction, training of staff, finance and IT. He is instrumental in the formulation of design policies and procedures at TMK, and is particularly excited to see what the next generation at TMK can do for the industry.

Outside of the office, Lui is a keen traveler and cannot wait for his next overseas trip. His love for travel aligns with his love of walking, absolutely everywhere! You may even see him walking about the streets of Adelaide with his wife.

Andrew started with TMK in 1992 as a Graduate Engineer and is highly experienced in engineering design with a broad range of expertise in commercial, residential, industrial and government projects.

He currently heads the Civil & Structural department and has been, and continues to be, responsible for the delivery of many of TMK's major projects. In Andrew's tenure, he has gained an impressive track record in structural design and value structural assessment across various different industries. Familiar with all forms of construction, Andrew brings a practical approach to engineering design to ensure cost effective solutions that achieve the project outcomes for our clients.

Andrew is infamous around the office for being extremely intelligent, yet absolutely oblivious to his surroundings, as well as having the best headshot for about 20 years running. Outside of the office you will find him on a golf course on a nice day or getting back to nature while camping.

Adrian began with TMK in 2012 as a Senior Electrical Services Engineer, with substantial experience as an Electrical Consultant he is also now an Associate Director. His role involves overseeing projects for the Building Services team and he brings a range of electrical, communication, lighting and security design experience into major commercial and industrial projects including airports, hotels, commercial and retail facilities, hospitals, laboratories, institutional buildings and new / refurbished office buildings.

Adrian is affiliated with a number of industry associations and was the Minute Secretary and a Committee Member for the Illumination Engineering Society (IES) SA Chapter.

A doting family man, avid lover of basketball and known around the office for his passion for tech toys. We know Adrian is playing around with them when we hear his unique laugh echoing through our open office space. Our OHS officer even has a "No Drone flying" sign, just for him.

Carlo has worked for TMK Consulting Engineers since 1997 as a Civil Engineer, now one of our Associate Directors. He has over 24 years experience in developing design procedures, standards and policies for TMK's Civil Department, now heading up the Urban Development team. Carlo is a fantastic manager and mentor for his team of engineers and drafters, and plays a vital role in regulating department workflow, monitoring performance and maintaining budgets.

His responsibilities as the Project Manager for Urban Development include civil design documentation, construction surveillance and contract administration for domestic, commercial and government; designing lifestyle villages; various land divisions; and infrastructure upgrades, but also includes coordination and knowledge of structural, environmental, mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulics disciplines.

Carlo doesn’t mind a light-hearted practical joke and having a laugh around the office. If he’s not at the TMK HQ in Adelaide, on-site or at home with family, you're likely to find him on a soccer pitch somewhere.

CP Eng, MIEAust, NER

Greg has worked at TMK Consulting Engineers as a Mechanical Services Engineer since 1995, starting as a Graduate Engineer. Fast-forward to now, Greg is an Associate Director and Manages the Building Services team. He is responsible for the design, documentation and construction supervision of mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic and electrical engineering at TMK. Greg's specialty in Fire Protection Engineering saw him establish and expand the Fire Engineering sector within TMK, adding to the Building Services department that Lui introduced in his joining.

Greg has developed strong working relationships with clients (both private and government), architects and engineers alike, with a key focus on delivering projects within all required constraints with client satisfaction at the absolute forefront.

A passionate supporter of AFL and SANFL, it’s not hard to figure out where Greg will be on the weekends during footy season. Greg is proud to say he hasn’t missed a Crows or Woodville-West Torrens game in over 20 years.

Anthony (Tony) began with TMK Consulting Engineers as a Civil Engineer in 1996 and today is an Associate Director, Senior Structural Engineer and assists with the management of the Structural Department.

Tony is a project leader and civil/structural coordinator, he provides design documentation and construction supervision expertise in all forms of construction - steel, concrete, precast (including tilt-up), timber and masonry for residential, commercial and multi-storey projects. He is a fantastic, hands-on mentor for our graduate and early-career engineers, specifically within our Civil & Structural departments.

A true lover of almost all sports, especially soccer and AFL, outside of the office you will find him out on the sporting field enjoying family time with his 3 boys. His secret to health and relaxation, 6-8 cups of hot water and lemon every day.

Raik joined TMK Consulting Engineers in 2003, and is now an Associate Director and the Manager of the Construction Assist, Forensic and Environmental Team at TMK.

Raik is a Chartered Engineer (Certified by Engineers Australia) and a member of The Institution of Engineers Australia. He is also a member of the Concrete Institute of Australia and is considered an expert in concrete repair and remediation. He provides leadership and engineering expertise in construction for domestic, commercial, industrial and multi-storey projects as well as forensic investigations and reporting related to causation of construction faults, building problems and specifications of appropriate remedial work for asset managers, insurance companies, solicitors, builders, the government and private clients.

Outside of the office, Raik is a certified Marine Skipper and advanced Open-Water Diver. He loves being close to the water, if he is not out on the boat or fishing, you will probably find him in his traditional Finnish outdoor sauna.

Panayioti (Pan) Kokkinakis is a Chartered Structural & Civil Engineer specialising in temporary works design, construction engineering, construction supervision, and forensic reporting. His extensive project experience spans various sectors, including civil infrastructure, marine, rail, commercial, residential, and industrial works, showcasing his expertise and adaptability.

Throughout his career, Pan has held significant design and engineering leadership roles, successfully delivering permanent and temporary works projects across Asia Pacific as a consultant and on the contractor side.

Based in the TMK Melbourne office, Pan is responsible for client liaison and overseeing each project delivery phase. His ability to use his technical and practical expertise to provide value in constructability while managing risk on complex projects has earned him a reputation for achieving exceptional outcomes.

Pan has presented on the Management of Temporary Works as part of Engineers Australia’s Construction Series, and holds the following certifications and affiliations, MIEAust, CPEng, NER, PER & BE Vic, and RPEQ.

Outside of work Pan is most likely playing some form of sport or planning his next snowboarding trip!

MSc, BSc, CPSS

John Weber is the Senior Environmental Scientist and Part of the Construction assist, Forensic and Environmental (CAFE) Team at TMK and is the President of the SA Branch of Australian Society of Soil Science. John is a Registered Certified Professional Soil Scientist.

He has extensive experience in United States and Australia, in particular was the Senior Research Coordinator at Savannah River Ecology Lab in the US, a Research Scientist at the Centre for Environmental Risk Assessment & Remediation and Project Manager at the University of South Australia. He has around 100 scientific publications to his name (although is very humble about it) and he has presented some of his research at both domestic and international conferences including the likes of the Battelle conference on Chlorinated and Recalcitrant compounds, the International Contaminated Site Remediation Conference, the International Workshop on Chemical Bioavailability as well as at the International Conference of Biogeochemistry of Trace Elements.

John is responsible for the investigation, planning, design and project management of all environmental projects ranging from desktop site investigations to generating comprehensive data (e.g. soil, soil vapour and groundwater) to complete site environmental audits including the remediation phase.

He is a proud family man who loves spending time with his wife and 2 children. Outside of work, you'll find him adding to his kids' huge Lego collection, catching a Marvel movie with his kids or attending one of their many sporting events such as water polo & basketball, a true lover of American sports.
