We currently have two roles available at TMK.
Graduate Electrical Engineer
The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision and also cohesively within a tight-knit team.
Attributes we are looking for:-
- Recently completed (or about to complete) a recognised electrical engineering degree
- A strong desire to develop a career within the consulting engineering industry
- An understanding of operational site safety requirements
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Capacity to work independently and a strong work ethic
- A continued desire to learn and work in new environments and with different teams and technology

Civil Engineer
The person that we are seeking is a motivated, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also be keen and willing to learn and apply new skills.
Attributes we are looking for:-
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) recognised by Engineers Australia
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Civil design and documentation
- Ideally some exposure to land development projects
- Knowledge of Australian standards, Austroads & council design standards
- Strong team ethics with the ability to work independently
- Enthusiasm along with a passion for the building services industry
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak and write clearly, concisely and compellingly
- Creative problem-solving skills to continually find ways to overcome challenges and obstacles
