TMK Wins Second Commendation at IES SA/NT Awards for Rising Sun Pictures Project

Not One, But Two Awards for TMK!

We are excited to share that TMK has been honoured with a second commendation at the esteemed IES SA/NT Awards, recognising our work on the Rising Sun Pictures project.

This recognition acknowledges the exceptional lighting design and fit-out of this contemporary space, crafted to bring the client's vision to life.

The Rising Sun Pictures project is a cutting-edge two-story space featuring open-plan and private offices, amenities, kitchenettes, teaching spaces, and two specialised movie review rooms.

TMK provided Structural and Building Services Engineering, playing a pivotal role in delivering this project within a challenging six-month timeframe.

The entry into this state-of-the-art production office showcases quality office environments, highlighted by two light-sensitive movie review rooms.

The lighting design seamlessly integrated colours, detailed joinery, and furniture, creating a warm, functional, and inviting space. Unique lighting fixtures and carefully selected colour temperatures transformed the office into an inspiring and versatile workplace.
