A popular retail hub that initially built 30 years ago, the Castle Plaza has been given a facelift including refresh of the common areas of the mall, new tiling, amenities, lighting furnishing and a refurbishment of two skylights.

One of the key aspects of the project was the busy and live nature of the space. The centre remained operational throughout the upgrades, with many tenants situated along the middle of the mall space. To complete the work, the project was almost entirely undertaken during night shifts.
