TMK engaged to complete an asset compliance audit of 81 council building which included the heritage listed McLaren Vale Institute Hall. A physical inspection of the building to assess the actual conditions of the building and it’s individual elements and services. A report was provided to assist with informing work priorities, programmed works for repairs, maintenance and capital works programs.
