South at Seaford Meadows
South at Seaford Meadows is an award-winning estate with a community of people who live and interact with their environment. It has its own train station, shopping centre, medical centre and childcare centre. This community was designed so that no home is more than 200m away from a park or a reserve.
TMK provided a range of services for this development including planning application, construction supervision, civil, mechanical, structural, environmental and project management services. This large subdivision included 1800 residential lots as well as commercial and retail precincts and parks to plan for. In collaboration with the City of Onkaparinga we delivered a detailed plan for a sustainable community of the future.
Our team worked with Fairland to provide innovative engineering solutions for traffic, water management, electricity and lighting planning, waste management, land subdivisions, and spaces for the community to share.
