TMK were the preferred design team for planning application and detail design in the key areas of civil, mechanical, structural, environmental, project management & construction supervision services for a 32 lot subdivision at Virginia.
A team was required to provide engineering solutions and advise from planning to residential building and road construction.
A team lead by Civil disciple was identified and included other facets of mechanical, structural, environmental, project homes, project management and construction supervision.
