Springwood Place Shopping Centre

Springwood Place is home to a full-line Drakes Supermarkets and 13 specialty stores including St Georges Bakehouse, Ray White, Cellebrations and Star Laundromat. The centre is also home to Springwood Smiles (dentist) and Springwood Doctors. With free wifi plus electric car charging stations and over 200 car parks including parks for caravans and large vehicles, the centre has been designed with the users in mind.

The project was spearheaded by Leedwell Asset Management worked alongside Leyton Funds. TMK Consulting Engineers were engaged to provided building services from concept to completion.

This included site inspections, shop drawing review and continuous engineering advisory.
