The original heritage listed hotel building has been restored and the new tower structure was built over an existing heritage music hall at the rear of the original hotel. The new building footprint is approximately 1000m2 and incorporates Adelaide's first carpark lift.

Highlights

  • Whilst in construction, a heritage listed domed ceiling cinema was uncovered. This resulted in the plans being altered to incorporate he feature into the new development.
  • This project was one of the first apartment buildings in Adelaide with a ca lift to the car park.
