TMK is proud to have been chosen to manage the planning application and prepare the detailed design.
Our team provided civil, mechanical, structural, environmental, project management and construction supervision services for this 1200 lot urban development. In preparing the master plan and planning application for this fully integrated community, we collaborated with Fairland, the City of Onkaparinga Council and other key consultants. To ensure this project had a positive impact on the community, we were conscious of including sustainable design principles.
