TMK were engaged by potential investors to assess the existing Building Services and Structural / Civil, including an assessment of the age and suitability of these systems serving the NAB House, 22-28 King William Street, Adelaide, South Australia.
The aim of the audit was to establish the varying age, type and condition of the services with the intention to establish their condition for due diligence. The assessment was based on site surveys and relevant Australian Standards. In addition, the report considers statutory obligations / omissions pertaining to the existing services, including conformance to current standards and identifies areas that require immediate and/or further attention.
