One on the Park

Situated on a prominent corner location of the city fringe, One on the Park is a mixed-use development comprised of a new residential building, townhouse, coffee shop and the adaptive reuse of the former St Margaret's residence into office tenancies.

The design successfully managed apartment amenity, heritage sensitivity, neighboring interfaces and significant tree retention.

TMK were engaged to provide building services across the site. The project was significantly challenging due to the complex design of the building involving alternating angular walls designed to maximise the views.
